What is included in my ceremony package?
Once you provide the requested information about your ceremony, you will receive a tentative confirmation letter that provides additional information including a word document with ceremony choices as well as a contract that needs to be filled out, signed and sent back to your Officiant with the booking fee.
Shortly after receiving the contract and booking fee, a final confirmation of your ceremony location, date and time will be sent to you.

On your ceremony day your Officiant will arrive approximately 15 minutes before the confirmed start time of your ceremony. At this time the opportunity will be taken to fill out the remaining documents for your ceremony and to answer any last minute questions you may have. This can be an exciting and stressful time so we will be there to assist. 

All required forms will be filed by your Officiant on the first business day following your ceremony.

How much will all of this cost?
There are many types of ceremonies ranging from an elopement to a formal affair in a hall or church.
The average ceremony honorarium is $275.00 however ceremonies range from $200 to $500 depending on the location, length, complexity and other variables of your personalized ceremony.

There is a $50.00 non-refundable booking fee that is not included in your ceremony honorarium. This is to confirm your date, time and location. Please review your contract for more details.

A $75.00¹ rehearsal fee also applies if you require our services for your rehearsal. Most couples are now using our custom rehearsal handout to conduct their own rehearsal.

Customized your day
Some people wish to incorporate special facets into their ceremony, such as the inclusion of family and children.. This is not only welcomed and possible, it is encouraged.

Some wish to include family readings or perhaps a Rose Ceremony or Unity Sand or Candles.

Again, contact your Officiant to discuss the inclusion of what ever might make the ceremony a special one for you. The Officiant performing your ceremony can make most provisions for whatever might be important to you.
